I booked two nights at the hotel. On the first day the breakfast took 45 minutes to arrive, fortunately I was in time. But after spending all day out working, when I got back all my stuff was gone. Everything! No clothes, no slippers, no makeup, no accessories, nothing! They simply "found that I had forgotten" and took it. After a chilique of mine and telling me that it was stolen and that I would call the police they found out that my things were "guarded in another room." Want a tip? Don't be a guest in this place.

Great option for those who are on business and want to rest after a day of work with a heated pool that works at night. Good breakfast, clean rooms, spacious and with good cleaning service. It is not very far from Esplanada, SBN, and I am already returning in January this year again.

The location and proposal of the resort are good. It has swimming pools, one of which is semi-heated, a slightly outdated gym, but it is possible to train, sand square and conventional, offers breakfast "from tray", in the room (50 reais), has marketplace and laundry. There is no structure for services on the edge of the lake, but it is possible to access to enjoy the view. The aptos are small and administered by different people. We've been staying in the sun more than once. We have been well accommodated and have already had problems of cleaning, privacy, etc. There is ample parking without additional cost. No rain, you can do the basic on foot, la in the area (lunch, pharmacy, bakery, etc).
