Tapindare Hotel e Restaurante

Me and my husband are the type of tourist/host who likes to have proper control over the trips he makes and the accommodations where he stays. Therefore, as usual, I contacted the hotel well in advance (3 weeks) and asked if even located on the main avenue of the city, there would be accommodations available in the informed period for a couple who prefers the tranquility of a good night's sleep. And the attendant promptly replied that yes, that would be the rooms located on the “1st floor in front of the parking lot”. I asked if it was possible to reserve one of these rooms for me and my husband and she again answered yes. So, I paid for the reservation in the informed period leaving clear the absolute preference for one of the rooms located exactly where I was offered the accommodation. However, when we arrived on the date and at the time specified to make our check-in, we were informed that the “Hotel Tapindaré system” had pulled us out of Room No. 25 located on the 1st floor in front of the parking lot and that was reserved for us from the beginning and moved us to Room No. 15 in the “bottom floor” in front of the parking lot, where we could hear the sound of the engine of each car and the movement of each guest coming or leaving the parking lot. MOTIVE OF CHANGE - Regardless of what has been offered to you, the host, in direct contact with the hotel and the advance with which your reservation was made, if there later appears any other guest who wishes to stay longer than you stayed in the hotel and your room is indicated as the best option for him, the “Hotel Tapindaré system” is instructed to automatically relocate you to any other place, regardless of your particular desire, and the accommodation offered for you is automatically with the other host. Simple like that! ACCOMMODATION – The double room in the “bottom floor front for parking” ... very small and of the type that can clearly hear who passes talking in the hallway, with old air-conditioned that makes a noise and vibrates strongly in the change of temperature, smaller bathroom still need maintenance in the blindex that does not close right for the bath and is with significant leakage in the box, the internet is quite unstable, but... the bed is great and provided us with a great night's sleep. CAFÉ-DA-MANHÃ – Dirty and delicious! PARKING – Works 24h. Supposedly, it is only to tighten the bell next to the gate that in the reception someone triggers the opening of the gate, but unfortunately stopped working during the period of our lodging. However, once warned the boy at the reception comes quickly open the gate manually. Location – Great. You can walk to any place also located on the main avenue of the city or nearby.

Very nice place, polite and helpful staff, delicious breakfast (with local products), impeccable cleanliness. Central location, (on the main street), close to everything. With own parking.

Impressive zeal and care with each guest. Cris is a separate charm, always willing to help and understand our needs. We made an event and the entire hotel staff was available and we still count on the support of Cris to help us at all times.
