Golden Dolphin Grand Hotel

I never thought I would get so angry when I got in a hotel! We came with our niece, with all the legally valid documentation, a travel declaration according to the law, and the hotel simply refused to let us in. They said they would only accept a “hotel-own declaration,” as if they could invent rules above the law! This is an absurd disrespect, a lack of common sense and preparedness of the team. We are all right, all within the legality, and yet we were treated as if we were doing something wrong. It is unacceptable for a establishment that calls itself a “renowned hotel” to treat guests this way. It is not enough to charge expensive, you have to have respect, responsibility and knowledge of the law! The feeling is being dealing with people completely unprepared to work with the public. I'll never come back and I don't recommend it to anyone. If you value tranquility and respect, run away from this place!
