Best Western Tamandare Plaza Hotel

The hotel is in urgent need of renovation. The windows of the rooms have no locks, they are closed with adhesive tape... in the bathroom, the coupled box of the toilet was patched with pasta, in the room the mattresses are old and broken, furniture old and too worn, taken with loose mirrors or without, with exposed wiring. Elevator is a case apart, capenga, too much chacoalla even if you get immobile inside it, the buttons and light warnings unlocked and not working, burned lamps, broken upper lining... the cleaning of the room consists of collecting garbage and changing the towels, no sweating / cleaning is done on the floor. The breakfast is good. The internet basically doesn't work. There is a lot of guest movement during dawn in the hallways, security could do rounds on the floors. Visibly dismotivated employees, working with little sympathy (I understand). It's a depressing situation, I've been to the hotel several times and I was scared at the last stay. As it is currently, I recommend only in the last case. I will not return with my family until I make sure that there has been a major general reform and renovation of furniture, beds, elevators, training and valuation of employees
