Do not come during events. You will be subjected to hours and hours, starting in the afternoon and going through the night, with very loud music in the pool. Didn't sleep in the room, watch TV or answer the phone. We called the reception several times to complain. They didn't answer. Then we went down and discovered the reason: the loud sound of the music prevented even the reception from listening. We complain. Then they apologized and sent some fruit. But I imagine that's the standard, because I read on TripAdvisor someone with the same type of complaint a while ago. The internet has failed several times, and I need stability for my work. In the room, any noise from the hallway spreads easily. The service is extremely friendly, and I think that's used as a strategy. We arrived with two broken elevators and we left with one running. The building looks a little older than in the photographs. Access to shopping is not that easy for people with mobility difficulties. As for the sheets and towels, the hotel standard is not to wash for 72 hours, for environmental benefit, but we refused. At the exit, they asked to check the room by the walktalk in front of us. Checkout was much lower than check in. There are several other problems, but I'd rather stay here. In short, we chose a differentiated room, and we had sabbors. The strategy of courteous care needs to be tied to reality.

More friendly and polite attendants/reception; release hot water for the showers after midnight
