The hotel is well located and has an ok structure, but pits on various things.
We arrived and the room had no towel or blanket, we had to go down and ask for them. It was clearly not ready.
We also had a problem with the car, which was parked incorrectly by the hotel maneuverist in a resident's lane, who arrived and placed his car blocking ours (since his lane was occupied by my vehicle), which caused disruption and a great waste of time for all of us.
The parking is also small and do not guarantee space for everyone, but ok, at least warn and talk to stop in the street if this happens. It's not something that's so important.
Lastly I consumed two 250ml water each in the room, super small, and then I discovered that they cost 12 reais each, an abusive value even for standard hotels, even more if it is a simple hotel. I think abuse in hotel frigobar has a limit, the day before we were at Rio Quente Resorts, much more sophisticated, and it didn't cost it.
Overall the experience was ok, as I said, but there is enough detail to be improved. Breakfast until it was good, with good options and variety. The room had a pretty hard bed, not the best, but the structure in general was decent and the shower was great.
In short, it is a good budget option, but know that you will find a very simple hotel. Although it is classified as a 4-star, the reality is completely different, it has a basic 3-star look.
