Mangabeiras Hotel

Horrible! I had the misfortune of staying in this hotel after long hours of travel. Dirty place, mattress, pillows, and ridiculously clad bed linen. In the rooms there is no cover, when I asked, they gave me a used one. The towels look like floor cloth. A terror this place.

Guys, this hotel, despite being on OYO network, is terrible. Cleaning is bad. The mattress has no cover and is axed. They only offer a thin sheet sheet in addition to the mattress. The rooms do not have acoustics and we listen to everything people say and do in the room next door. There is no rule of silence, at least it is not supervised by the hotel. In my stay a drunk person tried to enter my room forcing the lock and with loud sound on the cell phone, it was horrible. When I complained the receptionist of the night was super badly polite with me and took to the personal side, asking me if I thought it was him who had sent this person there, finally, without the slightest empathy with the host, even more because I was a woman, I cost to sleep, a real nightmare! Do not recommend.

I've booked my room through a website but they cancelled mu reservation on the last minute without warning. After contacting the website the hotel agreed to honor the booking. When I got there they said that payment would be only accepted in cash. Garage is underdimensioned and my car had to be parked outside overnight, even though I was assured that this wouldn't happen. Not very honest when dealing with their guests, in my opinion.
