RIO VERMELHO HOTEL

I made a reservation via hotels.com for a double room with air conditioning. There was a cheaper room on the site that came with a fan. I paid the most expensive with air. I called before because I live in a distant city and didn't want to have unforeseen to confirm if the room was airy. In what the receptionist confirmed. By the time she arrived, she was on the phone and - amazement- simply ignored the existence of all the guests waiting to be taken care of. A man came after a while and said that I had not booked room with air. I showed that I had paid the most expensive, which I called to confirm and still I was charged another 60 reais. Since my girlfriend had a course I asked for another key in what was refused (never in my whole life I passed through it in any hotel). And to make the situation worse, he had made another reservation for a single room and, upon arrival, the receptionist of complete MÁ FÉ wanted to change the already established amount and charge the extra in the room. Luckily, he had another place to stay. Finally, I took my puppy because it was allowed and the same receptionist said that she couldn’t shave or pee. People??? Run from this hotel!

Terrible service, receptionist Camila evaluates the customer based on their way of dressing!!! Embarrassment!!! Forcing the customer to look for the key!!! Arrogantly, the hotel is good but the service Leave something to be desired, I won't be returning because my money is worth the same as other customers!!!

Well located hotel, with a large number of rooms. Spacious reception, and ditto restaurant! Parking spaces are tight and cannot accommodate the entire hotel capacity. The room is simple but complete. TV, stocked minibar, good mattress and option of air conditioning or fan (you need to choose when booking! Air is more expensive). Normal bathroom, with shower and selection of hot and cold water! It has a small leisure area and a small swimming pool on the highest floor.
