The main problem is the air-conditioning. The hotel also uses extremely noisy window appliances. For those who need a good night’s sleep — especially guests at work who depend on proper rest — this significantly compromises the experience. If the goal of accommodation is comfort and silence, this is a critical factor to consider.
Another negative point is the value of parking: R$ 30,00 per day. This is a high cost that directly impacts the final value of the stay.
Finally, the breakfast was also below expectations. The variety is quite limited, which is far from the standard expected from a hotel of this category.
