Vivence Suites Hotel

A privileged location, but a bad hotel in terms of conservation, services, breakfast, service at the reception and even in the delivery of tax coupons. I stayed 4 days and in 3 I couldn't access the TV channel that I wanted at night, I didn't have the courage to use the blanket, the couch was torn, the bathroom door in a bad state of preservation. The breakfast was so bad that in the last two days I stayed, I preferred coffee in another hotel and in the bakery. The coffee at the bakery was better than the coffee at the hotel. I wanted to make a complaint and at the reception I was handed over an A4 paper. After a lot of insistence I got the complaints book and made my considerations. I didn't get any apology messages. And, to finish, I was informed that they would send me my tax notes via WhatsApp. I received only the note of my lodging in the value of 1650,00 reais. When I asked about my bill of consumption, they answered me asking what my room was... a chaos.

How hard! It's not a hotel, it's a flat. SUPER installations poorly ⁇ ined, old, with an aspect of lack of maintenance. Complicated for the family, as they do not serve breakfast and there is no kind of additional service. It is well located but not worth the cost-benefit

Bad experience. In the room (408), air conditioning didn't work properly and neither did the TV. In the bathroom, a blocked sink. Furthermore, at reception, there is no guest support. They informed us that they would only hand over the key, as it was not their responsibility to rent the room. Terrible! We paid the nightly rate in advance and had to go to another hotel.
