We arrived after a long trip, horrible daytime reception, the two attendants do the bare minimum without sympathy (it doesn't even look like I arrived in the north), room with a view of the internal corridor (horrible), terrible shower, no place to put shampoo in the shower stall, soap that isn't on the floor, air conditioning with a board error... Good bed, so-so location. And to top it off, on the last day before leaving, I couldn't get a simple coffee to take to my wife in the room where our little one was sleeping, waiting for the van to Santo Amaro. Night reception, something else, helpful and polite service. It was not a very pleasant stay.
