Reception and care note 10. Spacious and clean rooms, good shower and excellent breakfast. We took great advantage of the pool. Delicious cappuccino. Hotel located right in the center, close to everything. They are in work to expand the structure. I recommend.

Clean room, functional bathroom. Nice beds for sleeping. Excellent and varied breakfast. Good service and service. They were remodeling, but they took care of our vehicle parked outside the hotel. Quiet area and accessible to everything

How often has a total stranger walked up to you in the street and said "Welcome to my town"? It has happened twice to us here in Corumba. Perfectly situated on a sweeping bend of the beautiful Paraguay River, Corumba is a scruffy little town but has bags of charm. Much the same could be said of the Santa Monica Palace Hotel. Five star it is not. Sophisticated it is not. But all the basics are there, and a few special treats too. For instance, none of the front desk staff (nor anyone else for that matter) speaks English, but they will happily invite you behind the desk to chat with them online using Google Translate! There is a delightful pool area, and the breakfasts are excellent. The other great advantage of the Santa Monica over the other main hotels in the town is its location - right in the heart of the town centre. Bedrooms are basic and a bit on the small side. Bathrooms are a strange shape and have windows overlooking the corridor. All in all, we would recommend the place. Its qualities more than outweigh its odd little quirks.
