I arrived at the counter on the afternoon of 09/20, the receptionist said there was no vacancy. I returned to the car and booked through Booking, I went back to the hotel and she kept saying there was no vacancy, after proving the reservation I managed to stay. Total lack of will. When using the pool, there were no towels available, we had to return to the room dripping wet.

I felt comfortable here for a week. Spacious room, everything clean, comfortable bed and a large window. Good breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Small annoyance: I had to have the key card for the room reprogrammed several times, even though I kept it away from the phone. Good value for money. All shopping options within walking distance, supermarket right next door.

Unprepared professionals to attend the reception, a hotel that does not provide a hairdryer. I had to anticipate my trip back and asked for the return of the diary, the person didn't want to come to talk to me, spoke little with the attendant and had no attempt of possibility of reversal, nor to speak directly with me, who was there waiting.
