Incredible hotel, surrounded by lots of nature, which makes the experience even more special. The room was cozy and comfortable, the breakfast excellent, there was plenty of room for the kids to play and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative point was that we stayed in a room adapted for PCD, although we had not requested this type of accommodation. The bathroom presented some problems: the shower water flooded the entire environment, the discharge leaked, further increasing the flooding, and the adapted toilet was uncomfortable for our use. Taking this inconvenience, we had a great stay.

The hotel in general served, full breakfast in a nice and clean environment. The leisure area is beautiful and the vegetation is very privileged, the outdoor pool is not heated. Exotic birds free in the wild. Good location with easy access and quiet. Meanwhile, I would not return again and I would not indicate, since the rooms are very degraded, floor peeling and scratched, dirty paint, deteriorated furniture, noisy bed, closet cabinet falling, torn bath towel, blanket so much washed, was almost pounding. I booked a triple suite and we were placed in a room in the background overlooking a noisy power plant, a little house with a power generator. We asked to change and the attendant of July 3 told us that there was no other in this category, a huge hotel and there was no other to accommodate us, we noticed during the stay that was not true. We had to catch a fourth lower category. Details that in the end weigh a lot, unhappy customer, does not return and assess poorly.

Excellent service! Great facilities, and beautiful outdoor areas! Well-careful and heated pools! Great breakfast and location very close to the region of Barreiro. Great location for walking, outdoor walks and contact with nature.
