The hotel is very well cared for, clean, organized and offers an extremely pleasant environment. The staff was attentive, polite and always helpful, making the experience even better. The breakfast was delicious, with great variety, and the accommodations were very comfortable. I will definitely come back at a nearest opportunity and recommend the hotel to all who are looking for excellent service and a quiet stay.

The hotel contains very well cared for accommodation, the staff are attentive and kind, in addition to their location, near the Royal Golden there are excellent bars and restaurants.

The hotel is satisfying. Well located and with easy access to the whole city. The room, despite being wide, had an uncomfortable bed, which caused me pain in the spine (when will spring mattresses be abolished?). Acoustic insulation: what annoyed us the most. The next-room TV looked like it was inside our room. From the room above, everything was heard: knocking on the door, bathroom discharge, conversations and other unpublishable noises. Breakfast has little variety and lacks products of higher quality and flavor. A "coach" event that was taking place at the hotel made the stay at the restaurant very unpleasant, due to the "screaming" that the participants made. I understand that hotels need these events, however, the comfort of other guests must be respected with proper sound insulation. After all, the hotel is rated as 4 stars. Sincerely, if you don't improve, you may lose some. Thank you.
