Hotel Serra Vista

We spent only one night in this hotel style farm house with air conditioning excellent breakfast with bread cakes made on time, cotton cheese bread, omelette fruit juices and fruits. the restaurant look and wonderful view to the hills well relaxing. the room we look comfortable but need maintenance and capricho with the bedding and towels.

Very good accommodation, we stayed in the connecting room. It is very spacious and clean, the covers are very warm and fragrant. The breakfast was wonderful, it really surprised me. I would definitely go back, the atmosphere is very peaceful and cozy.

I was very disappointed because it was a recommendation, I was expecting a much better experience. The bed linen smelled of sweat, they were all dirty. One of the bath towels didn't smell good either. The covers smelled dirty too. The internet doesn't work, I needed to work and I was left stranded. When I asked to change rooms, they informed me that they didn't have one in the category I paid for, only below that they wouldn't refund part of the price for that one. I went with great expectations for breakfast, as everyone posts here and to my surprise it was all the rest, it was 9:15 in the morning, almost no fruit (papaya and watermelon left over, there was almost no cheese, jams, bread As they said here, nothing more. I was with my two year old daughter and I was hoping to have some things for breakfast like fruit so she could have a snack and nothing, I had to buy it somewhere else. They don't have service if you need to eat there at night either. Afternoon breakfast only has coffee, water and cake. I don't recommend it and wouldn't go back.
