Atlantico Praia Hotel

Excellent service for the stay

We loved our stay! The hotel is very pleasant, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything was very well maintained, from the accommodations to the service, which was attentive and cordial. Positive point: I would like to give a big shout-out to the cleaner/housekeeper Vanessa. She had an act that enchanted us: she wrote a beautiful little letter by hand for us and left it on the bed, after we noticed and left a heart made with the towel. It was a simple gesture, but very special and that made all the difference in our stay. ❤️ Vanessa is an extremely nice, helpful, and attentive professional. People like this are rare and deserve to be recognized and valued. In my opinion, she deserves a raise, a bonus, or some kind of special recognition for her dedication and care with the guests. Negative point: I believe that, for those already staying at the hotel, parking could be included in the rate or, at least, have a different condition. I consider that charging separately ends up being a negative point in the guest experience. It was a very special experience, one of those that makes you want to go back. Without a doubt, we recommend the hotel and hope to stay again on a next opportunity. ❤️

Hotel strengths: location, comfortable room, and cordiality Negative point: breakfast - no variety. The impression is that they are trying to save money on this: the watery juices, without orange juice and little variety of fruits, breads... if I value this aspect, I would not return to this hotel.
