Best Western Hotel Caicara

Old hotel, in a good location, with a spacious reception and excellent service, but in need of small repairs and maintenance. Enxoval worn out by the time of use, but clean, mattress urgently need to be changed (at the time of the reservation I requested a firm, at the check in I was informed that I put a new one, but must have been the least old, since I am thin and drowned in it. For those who like to enjoy the pool, it is good and with space in its surroundings that could be best utilized with armchairs, sun lounge, etc because the environment is quite nice. The car park is in front of the hotel, in a super quiet space, the room is spacious, very good cleanliness, bathroom with a good shower, excellent and varied breakfast, and can change the supplier of bread, as they are sleepy and consequently tough. The staff are the "cake cherry": super attentive and helpful, especially those at the reception. I liked my stay quite a bit, however, the extremely worn mattress, the old enxoval, and the noise of the air conditioning are points that would make me rethink a possible return. As mentioned earlier, the hotel has a very good structure, but only needs small adjustments to offer its full potential.

My experience at Hotel Caiçara was great, but with small reservations. Note 10 for: cordiality and promptness of the attendants, breakfast (varied and delicious), cleanliness and organization of the environments, excellent location (very close to the beach of Tambaú, good restaurants, confectionery, pharmacy, etc.). Note 9 for the academy. It's good, compact, but I felt a lack of mattresses, cans and maintenance in some equipment. Note 8: the room where I stayed was very good, spacious, well ventilated, excellent mattresses, bed linen and bath towels of great quality, great shower. However, the noise of the air conditioning and the LED light (which did not extinguish) bothered at bedtime. The same note applies to parking because it is outdoors. Note 7.5 for the elevator question: there is only 1 social elevator, so it is common to have a queue to climb. Note 5 for the internet: we were on the 4th floor and the wi-fi signal was very bad.
