Brisol Hotel

Horrible. We rented two suites with a hot tub, but the water coming out of the tap was brown, cloudy, and yellowish in both suites. The staff sent a maintenance worker who just tried to empty and refill, and the counter attendant was ironic and mocking. When asking for an invoice and cancellation, the manager tried to mislead us, reporting that we didn't like the accommodations when in fact there is a sanitary problem at the hotel

Hotel with dirty water for guests. You question, nobody explains anything and you don't even know if you are drinking clean water. This hotel was the worst hotel of my entire life! I took a bath with foul water and was treated very badly by the staff.
