Hotel Village Premium

Hotel very well located, it is exactly in the center of João Pessoa, more precisely on Rua do Letreiro, you can literally do everything on foot, whether in Tambaú, Manaíra or Cabo Branco. Comfortable rooms, incredible bed with a stunning view of the city. The facilities are good, beautiful, the pool area is adequate and they even have a restaurant on site. The highlight of the hotel is certainly the breakfast, one of the best we've ever had, everything is always very fresh, with great variety and quality, with a special mention for Robô Bella, who helps with the service, both in delivering tapiocas and omelets, and in removing utensils; the little robot is the hotel's great charm. Areas for improvement: The amenities are terrible; for the price paid, you expect items of better quality, and not liquid soap as shower soap. The pool could at least be heated so that it can be better enjoyed at the end of the day; the water is extremely cold, so the pool ends up being just a decorative item because practically no one can use it. The advertisement shows that popsicles are available at any time of the day, in a mini freezer near the pool area, and out of the 7 days we spent there, only one day was stocked, and finally, since they receive tourists from all states, it is necessary to have blankets, yes, even if the city is hot, not everyone is used to sleeping without a blanket, we asked for 2 consecutive days and they said there were none or it wasn't available, for a hotel of this size, this is unacceptable. But overall, I recommend the hotel and we will definitely return, especially for the breakfast, bed comfort (Premium suite), and location. It was a great experience and contributed a lot to an excellent trip.

Spectacular hotel, with a attentive and cordial reception, excellent rooms. Great leisure area with gym, spectacular breakfast, and great location. Close to everything. The novelty is the robot assisting with restaurant services.

Cosy hotel, perfect service! Wonderful restaurant! Diverse breakfast. Modern.
