The hotel is well located, close to restaurants, pub... but it took time to check in, the service was nice, at first they confused with the rooms, but then they agreed, the room was clean, breakfast was delicious, very quiet environment.

I do not recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy!!! It starts with the care that to be noted 0 needs to improve a lot, very unprepared reception and poorly informed, I am on the first day of the lodging but the disappointment hit! I was taken care of by a girl who was visibly angry and was the worst care I've ever had. The location is good for being in the center of the city, so the access is easy.

I will make a very detailed report pq confess that I was scared with the comments about the accommodation I had already booked and thinking that it would stress me and "miss the trip". But as I also think: each experience is unique and I need to draw my own conclusions. I travel a lot, I work with travel. I'm pretty boring - I usually say that I'm more demanding than my clients, because I want to be honest and very honest with what I see and I don't want my client to be frustrated. But thank God everything was great and I have nothing to complain about Hotel Granville, on the contrary: super indico! It is a great cost benefit and I will stay again and indicate to everyone. I came back from a trip two days ago. Very well located hotel, you can do a lot on foot, safe area. Super welcoming reception in all shifts, without exception, all the wonderful staff. The room I stayed, on the 6th floor, super spacious, comfortable beds, with sheets and sheets clean and fragrant, whole room clean, TV and air running. Although I did not use much air, because I took a very cold week, 2°, at some times I tested it and it was ok, ice pretty fast. Enormous bathroom and clean as well. The only observation is about the bath towels and, really, some old and ripped, but I requested others and I was promptly treated with new, clean and smelly. And since I got a very cold period and because I'm not used to it, because I'm from the NE, I asked for more edredons and I was given without eyelashing. Cleaning staff also very attentive, in fact, all the staff of the hotel to whom I spoke, requested something, barred... all, very attentive and helpful. Breakfast very good, with quite a variety and varied daily, the week I stayed had: 3 kinds of bread, 4 kinds of cakes, salty cakes, sandwiches, meat bowl, spinach, pastries, rain bowl, biscuits... 3 types of fruits, fruit salad, muscarella cheese, ham, eggs, sauce sauce, calabrese... yogurt, hot and frozen milk, juice, coffee, teas, gelatines, pudding, jams, butter, zucchini, oatmeal, honey, achocolado... that is, the breakfast is very complete and the staff reponds at all times, tables being cleaned after the guests use... everything is well organized! You can stay in peace that you will not regret and if there is any problem, talk to the staff, report what is happening so that it is resolved. Actually, I was concerned about the negative comments, but it went well. So sure I extended my journey and went on for more days with them.
