Hotel Confiance Residence Inn

I stayed in this hotel with family and with my 14-year-old son in a chair. First the street elevator that gives access to the hotel, broken. They had to carry my son 06 steps. We stayed on the 8th floor, moffed room, bathroom without accessibility for a chair. With a staircase to enter the box and no bath hose. Just shower on the ceiling. Now I ask: how to wash the "ass" of a chair? I was bathing with disposable water. Bathroom without window, no ventilation. At breakfast, there was a lot missing and there was no backup. I ordered milk, brown eggs, croissant that's over. I do not return and do not recommend.

It started that we asked for a double room and they gave us one with two single beds. They did not clean the room nor changed towels and when I complained they informed that I would have to request the cleaning. Weak breakfast, few options and cold coffee. Not coming back and not recommending.

Good option with good location and good cost benefit. The location of the hotel is great, with pharmacy in front and good options of nearby restaurants, including the 24h Street which is possible to walk. The breakfast is good. The facilities are comfortable, the double bed is large and good. Breakfast may improve. It can increase fruit options and replace pasteurized orange juice with natural. It can even include more options for people with lactose and gluten restrictions. I was having a noisy reform that started before 8:00.
