I booked a suite for Trip, I had no problems with that. The receptionists all I had contact were very careful and friendly, the atmosphere of the reception is nice, has several sofas, a massage chair and machine with drinks and food, some are oriental and has cup noodles that they make at the reception itself. It is very well located to access the sights and can go on foot or by uber. The breakfast is good, there are several options, but it is a bit bad for those who have lactose intolerance. The coffee itself some days was quite good but in others I felt it was a little more watery. The garden I wanted to enter was closed almost all the time and they never had the key to open, but gave to observe from the restaurant, but I did not feel that I lost a lot because it is small and there are no fish (if there were they took it). The hydromassage is at your own risk, at the first opening came a ugly dirt from inside the air passages that made me discard all the water, but then cleaned and I did not have any health problems using the clean water. The only real sadness is that the restaurant was temporarily closed for lunch and dinner and room service as well. I wanted to have taken advantage of it and couldn't, but if you want a facility right in front there is a restaurant that serves lunch and afternoon coffee, the coffee is great.
