MERCURE APPARTMENTS CURITIBA BATEL

On arrival in the room, I went straight to the bathroom and I was received by hairballs and know there more than by the floor, very weak cleaning. Then we went to the hotel restaurant, which is a shame, after almost 15 minutes waiting for assistance we had to go call a waiter, they were walking there and there with their heads low. Finally they took the order, and as I was with a small child I asked only simple things like pasta, result, more than an hour to bring this request, the drinks (juice) came after half an hour because we went to ask. The manager of this restaurant should be ashamed of offering such a bad service. At breakfast the same type of service, or lack of it, we were not informed that could ask for anything, after I saw that they were delivering at the tables.

Hotel well located and the structure of the room is in accordance with the ad. The shower is warm, with good water pressure. The balcony was a little dirty, with a ball of hair on the floor. The internet does not work, in today's world a hosting without internet is bad. The same happened with the TV, several channels without a signal. Breakfast is good and varied, but could add some of the local culture to the buffet.

Hotel without maintenance. In my 6-day stay the box in the bathroom is clogged leaving the bathroom flooded. I have complained at the reception several times about what happened and nothing was done. Maintenance should be periodic and does not keep the host begging for repairs. Total discomfort with the host. Cleaning in the room leaves much to be desired. Bathroom wet the whole bathroom. I've been to this several times and it was better. I won't come back and I won't indicate.
