I left every artist I hired for my venture in this hotel. After moving to the national inn network, some charges started on the show. They claim it had not been communicated in the show. Many were notified, and when I warned them they took a while but removed from my bill.
By that date, the extension of a new reservation of one of the artists was requested.
The person who received the email, instead of changing the existing reservation, created a new reservation and did not delete the old one, generating No-show.
By pointing the error to them, they were insistent in the collection. They've been wrong several times in other charges, but I've always been high. This time it became clear that the fault was the hotel and they refused to remove the no-show.
I terminated the 4-year partnership. When "closing the account" to terminate the partnership, the guys had the face of a dick to charge 3 more on the concerts of more than 6 months late (December, January and Marco), which did not appear in absolutely no bill until then!
From a friend and partner who used 20-30 rooms per month, they lost a client and all the support and recommendation I gave until then. All for a lack of maleability and tremendous waist game from the hotel administration.
