Friendly welcome and very helpful staff, but almost impossible to exchange in English.
Basic room, but comfortable bedding.
Ultra basic buffet breakfast, limited choice of products. We were already a hundred at 7:30 in a school canteen-type room; mess assured.
Warning: it is not recommended to drink tap water, but bottles of water placed in the fridge are charged!
We chose this hotel because (among other things) it offered a shuttle service. We were surprised to be contacted by a travel agency (Lamour) a few days before our arrival to plan our pickup. It was a fiasco! The same agency has an office in the hotel; we inquired to go to the falls on the Brazilian side: unreliable and horribly expensive.
A convenient bus passes about 100 meters from the hotel to the city center and the falls.
After use, we would have been better to take a bus to the airport bus terminal downtown; there are plenty of decent hotels near this terminal and manage all our communications to Brazilian and Argentine Falls from the Terminal
