Carima

Very good hotel, with a very good structure for the family and meals above average. I highlight Lenice's work here, with an impeccable tidying of the room!

A special tribute to two people who make all the difference ❤️ Grand Carimã is a place that is already part of our history. I come with my family 3, 4 times a year, and each return is like finding a place we already consider special. But, among so many good things we find here, there is something that deserves a very special highlight: Zeli and Lívia. ❤️ It is impossible to be here and not recognize the affection, dedication, and love that these two put into what they do. They are wonderful! They always welcome us with genuine warmth, with attention to detail, with that welcoming smile, and with a huge willingness to help. It's not just service: it's that kind of care that makes us feel welcome, remembered, and truly cherished. And the nicest thing is that, even coming so many times throughout the year, they manage to make every stay feel special. They are people who turn good service into an unforgettable experience. Zeli and Lívia, you might not even have an idea of how much you make a difference to us. ❤️ It is because of professionals like you that we develop affection for the place, keep good memories, and already start thinking about the next time we will return. Grand Carimã is wonderful, but having you here makes it even better. ✨ Thank you very much for always being so affectionate, attentive, helpful, and special. You are, without a doubt, one of those encounters that we keep in our hearts. ❤️ Until next time — because returning to Grand Carimã is also returning to meet you! 🥰✨

Excellent service and follow-up of contracted activities. Friendly and committed to the function performed.
