Pousada Vale do Sol Foz

We stayed in this hotel in February 2015, no taxi could reach this hotel even when we mention the address, but that was not a big deal cause with our phone GPS we could find it as most of the Taxis they do not have one. When we return to the hotel to do the check-out at the time mentioned in the reservation, we found all our belongings in the reception and our room was already cleaned, THEY ENTERED OUR ROOM AND PACKED OUR BAGS, when I complain about "the privacy" the the man who was sitting in the reception "and he does not speak a word in English", he didn't care at all and he was the rudest person in hotel management you can ever meet, and when we asked to meet the manager, he said, he is the manager!!!!! It wasn't the first time, as the day before they entered our room when we were out with an excuse to repair the WC which was not realy repaired, so be careful for your belongings as they do not have safe box and they may breach your privacy at any time, try to void these unprofessional if possible, as they may ruin your vacation. The room could be very noisy as it opens directly on the common breakfast area. if you have any other option, do not go to this "Hotel"

This Pousada is very well maintained and is very clean. Feels like a small home away from home. The hosts are very nice. For the price you pay, it is incredible. It is close to centre and 5 to 10 min walk away from biggest shopping mall in Foz du Iguacu which is great as you can get most of things there, also food and currency exchange. Breakfast is also very nice. There is an Italian restaurant 300m away "La Mafia", only for dinner, if you are around, it is a must try.
