Recanto Cataratas Thermas Resort Convention

A priori, the feeling was not very good, but after being solved the problem of the standard room... everything was fine! Reception service was quick in solving the problem. Excellent cafe, lots of options and everything very well done! We did not dine at the hotel because the price is extremely high; I noticed that the food is good and good taste, but you will find great refeicoos in the center of the city about 5 minutes from the hotel. Very good pools, hydro as well, despite the cold we only use the heated indoor pools. Bars in general are good, with a good menu and prices ok! I didn't really like the service from the cafeteria, but also ok! Beautiful and clean common areas; polite and helpful staff. Only problem in these areas and that it is invaded by many Argentines. Good room service. Good bowling track with prices Ok! The hotel's whatsapp communication service is bad, it doesn't work, I tried to get some information on this channel...but I didn't have a return...I requested the SPA card and massages. Anyway, good option, but with reservation for the standard rooms...those on the third floor are quite old and with some mould smell. View from the rooms side par also bad, facing the new buildings of the hotel.

Very complete with all services and amenities.

A very nice hotel, huge in infrastructure and with many services. Super complete breakfast. Many open pools that are not heated and one central pool with a heated bar. Other closed pools, all heated and very nice as well. Overall experience very good, recommended.
