San Rafael

It is a good hotel, with an interesting cost-benefit, although our experience has not been completely satisfactory. The overall structure of the hotel is good, although it already demonstrates a certain age. The location is also positive, close to the center, which greatly facilitates travel to various points of interest. The breakfast was good and well met the expectations. In the room, we found some points that could be improved. The air conditioner did not work in the hot function, something that was missing during our stay. The bed is comfortable, but there were few blankets available. The bathroom varies between good and regular: the bath itself is very good, with good flow of water, but the ventilation is insufficient. After using the shower, the mirror remained blurred for a long time. The dark granite floor conveyed a certain impression of not being perfectly cleaned and there was a constant smell of moisture. We also felt a lack of carpets in more appropriate quantity. Finally, we had a small divergence regarding the amount of water recorded as consumed in the refrigerator. We did not question, because the value was low, but it was a detail that caught our attention. In short, it is a reasonable accommodation option, with important positive points, but with some aspects that could be better adjusted to provide a more comfortable experience.

Great hotel, great location, modern and comfortable facilities, everything working perfectly, attentive and efficient staff. There is a self service next door with good food, for a fair price.

Excellent cost x benefit, clean, comfortable and well located.
