Well located. Excellent service, staff always ready to help. The wonderful breakfast. The meals are always delicious. The rooms are spacious. The Christmas dinner the food was excellent, although I felt a lack of a decoration in Natalino climate. * Suggest: could have a retractable varal in the bathroom, to put the wet clothes from the pool. But it costs a lot, location, food, service.

Saved by Matheus! We were booked into another hotel but on arrival decided we couldn’t stay in the dark rooms so looked on line for an alternative. Turned up at Foz do Presidente Comfort and Matheus helped us enormously. Showed us different rooms until we found one with a balcony and his kind colleague arranged a taxi so we could move over. Staff are so kind and helpful, it was the best decision we made

Great cost benefit. Cordial and competent staff, new and clean beds, cleaning ok. Great quality breakfast. If I return to Foz, I'll stay there again.
