Very good experience here in Selina Foz do Iguaçu. Great location, staff service, bar with delicious food and drinks! Our reception was amazing! Complete leisure area, very beautiful place with quite green.

Positive points: Super nice environment and very friendly staff. Spacious and clean room. Good options in the restaurant menu for coffee and other meals. Negatives: there was a slight confusion in the check-in of one of the guests, who arrived at a different time, although he had been warned to another person from the staff. The street is a little noisy (it has ear protector in the room) and the shower is warm but falls little water.

TERRIBLE. Dirty hotel. Bathroom in the room VERY dirty and the water did not heat up. I left the shower running for 15 minutes and none of the water got hot. We asked at reception, they didn't care and they said it would heat up soon (it didn't). We didn't stay for the 3 stays we booked because there was no hot water in our room and they didn't want to refund the amount. TERRIBLE, simply TERRIBLE. In addition to taking a cold shower (it was 11ºC outside), we didn't have the courage to have breakfast, because if the bathroom in the room was dirty, I don't even want to imagine what the kitchen might be like.
