Hotel well located in Londrina, close to shopping, clean and organized rooms and spacious, excellent reception; Breakfast is of great quality with several options.

I went to the Londrina Marathon and, at the time of check-in, I did not observe the special coffee time served before the race, which was from 4:30 to 5:00. I ended up arriving at 5:15, waiting at least for a black coffee, but the service had already been closed. Even so, we talked to the receptionist Marco, who promptly spoke to Patrícia. She kindly authorized our entry just to get us a coffee. It may seem like a simple gesture, but it made all the difference for us at the time. This kind of attention demonstrates care for the guest and shows that excellence lies precisely in the little things. I felt very well received and leave here my thanks to the staff for the kindness and sensitivity. Our experience was very positive. The room was clean, organized and with impeccable towels. The hotel infrastructure is a little old, but nothing that compromises the stay. The location is simply perfect for those who want to participate in the Londrina Marathon, as the hotel is virtually within the shopping center. This brings a lot of practicality and comfort. We love it! My only observation is not regarding the hotel, but the behavior of some guests. Those who participate in the race need to wake up very early — in my case, at 4 a.m. There were already people awake at that time and, unfortunately, some walked through the hallways talking and laughing out loud, without showing very good sense. I was already awake, but I was wondering who would not participate in the race and would like to keep sleeping. When I returned from the race, around 6:30, the situation was the same: a lot of people talking out loud in the hallways. I understand it was already morning, but I believe a little more consideration with the other guests would make all the difference. Anyway, this is a point related to the common sense of each person, and not the service or the structure of the hotel, which were very good.
