Feller Sumatra Hotel e Centro de Convencoes

Quiet, well served, no problems. I came to bring two grandchildren and a friend to serve at UEL State University of Londrina. The boys did not complain of anything, they liked the experience and have traveled a lot.

I was positively surprised with this hotel! The location is great, you can do a lot of things on foot or take easy transportation. The room served super well — clean, organized and with comfortable bed. The service was cordial, nobody forcing sympathy, but everyone polite and helpful. Now, the breakfast... impeccable! A lot of choice, all fresh and made with affection. Overall, a quiet and pleasant stay. I saved here to come back other times!

The worst stay we've ever had!! On credit only the view. Used sheets and sheets, who asked for clean sheets did not be surprised, the old pillow, disgusting yellow, bad smell in the bathroom, which tb had not been cleaned. I complained and I was suggested the presidential suite that was better but nothing amazing, we slept with a child in a double bed, because it was the night and it was that or sleep in the car. Dirty morning coffee, hard sliced bread, we stayed 3 days, the cakes were there until maybe it was over, until sour milk had, and again no one was surprised just said they would provide another. Everything is old, different from old ok?! Cleaning goes away from this hotel and yes I have photo and video of everything. Ah tb has no hair dryer, if you want to have q order at the reception, ah of course without forgetting the hair in the cake. What a place of horror, that dirty even in the panel of the headquarters of the Presidential suite there were marks of pq hands don't think they have q to clean. Dirty bathtub... Our score is zero.
