Golden Blue Hotel Express

I was extremely disappointed with the experience in this hotel. My friends from Scotland stayed there recently and had several serious problems. One of the worst was the disappearance of a necklace from my friend, who ended up being taken away by a cleaner. When we went to the reception to complain, the employee herself appeared later with the necklace, claiming that “found on the floor”, which was a very uncomfortable situation and difficult to believe. To make matters worse, the hotel sauna was not working, despite being one of the amenities offered. Overall, the experience was quite negative, mainly due to the lack of professionalism and consideration for guests. I do not recommend it. Excellent service, great location, close to everything, market, pharmacy, restaurants and everything else. Ample parking, very complete quality breakfast! Spacious and comfortable room! Super polite employees!!

Horrible pillow, bad mattress, noisy air conditioning, hot lobby, slow elevator... it's difficult to find anything to praise about the hotel. At breakfast, an employee got a shock from one of the equipment and turned off the circuit breaker with my sandwich inside the sandwich maker… anyway, nothing was good about this accommodation.
