Hotel Princess Express

It is a very welcoming hotel, with a very competitive price for what it offers and delivery, and with excellent level of services. It is worth discarding the excellent service of the reception staff and the entire restaurant staff.

I booked with a week in advance 2 combined rooms for my family and family of my sister both couple and 2 children. I sent documents, confirmation by WhatsApp. I asked if they wanted me to pay in advance for pix, they said it wasn't necessary we could pay at the reception. On the day I called in the morning to warn time that we would arrive and we were given ok. When we arrived at the hotel there was no conjugated room and we were offered apartments on different floors. Central reservation completely unprepared. Shameful!
