The pousada is very cute and has great attention to detail. Thais speaks excellent English, which makes communication very simple, and you can tell how much she cares about the property: the furnishings, the breakfast dishes, and many small details are chosen with taste. The breakfast is excellent and I also appreciated the idea of afternoon tea, even though I never took advantage of it due to scheduling. The location is quite strategic: the center and some beautiful beaches are within walking distance, although you have to account for a rather challenging climb on the way back. Upon arrival, Thais took some time to give us various information about the island and illustrated several excursions, also offering to handle the bookings directly. We chose to book one for the following day and instead take some time to evaluate the others. Only later did we discover that the same excursion could be booked directly at a price about 100 R$ lower per person. For this reason, I recommend getting informed and comparing prices before booking excursions through the property. Regarding other requests for assistance during our stay, for example for an aperitif reservation, we did not receive any particular support. The main weak point for us, however, was the room. The French door overlooks a walkway shared by all the rooms: this means that when you are in the room, it is difficult to leave the curtains and window open without completely sacrificing privacy. Consequently, little light enters and there is little possibility for air to circulate. Furthermore, our bathroom lacked a window and after a shower, the humidity in the room increased significantly. When we reported the problem, we were told that humidity on the island reaches 85%. I perfectly understand the climatic conditions of Fernando de Noronha, but I believe that in such a humid climate, ventilation and humidity management inside the room are important elements for comfort, especially considering the price range of the property. Other information that I think is useful to know before the stay: the reception closes at 5:00 PM and, if you want the room cleaned, you must leave the keys at the reception by 11:00 AM. It is a procedure that I personally find impractical while on vacation. Finally, I would suggest that the property consider a courtesy shower for guests who have an afternoon flight: being able to spend the last morning at the beach and then take a shower before leaving would be a very appreciated service. Overall, the stay was pleasant and the pousada undoubtedly has several positive aspects, especially regarding aesthetic care and breakfast. However, considering the price level, I expected more comfort in the room, more transparency regarding the services offered through the property, and a more complete level of assistance. For these reasons, personally, I would not choose it again.

We stayed for 5 days and had a great experience. We were well received. The clean and organized room is an excellent breakfast and afternoon tea. The guesthouse is well located and makes it easy to walk to various locations. I indicate this place.
