MARULHOS SUITES HOTEL

Very bad dinner service; there is practically nothing, little service staff for everything, and the beach and natural pools are very small, and the hygiene leaves something to be desired. Especially the restrooms by the pools and near the beach. You are given the beach towel once for the entire stay.

I am closing my stay in advance, as these establishment sells as 4.5 stars and has not even 2 stars. Forgotten maintenance, rumbling rooms, holes in the ceiling of the restaurant, the air conditioning of the restaurant being dismantled, gym without water, bad restaurant, the same food every day, very low level, poor room cleaning, Box video could not even see on the other side, had no new towels, and to close with a golden key violated my suitcase in the room and stole money in kind. Hotel positioning? None.

Immaculate structure, excellent service, a real paradise!! I highlight the care of the photography team, especially the vendor Rodolfo.
