Pousada Radiante

Attention bad mood room with dirty walls old air conditioning and control q does not work. You don't even have a chair to stay outside talking! Two chairs! We arrived and the reception was very bad. There's no face towels in the hotel. They didn't change the bathroom carpet. There's no wardrobe or cable tc. As I came with my mom the place disappointed up pq in the photos looks pretty good! And the guy didn't even give back that he could make a negotiation p we leave before.

Already on arrival they did not know which room we would stay, we booked 2 rooms (1 per couple) and wanted to put us in 1 room all together. Solved the issue we end up staying in a room without fridge bar. Photos of the ad were not the same, because in the ad the guesthouse is red and there is yellow and all old falling to pieces. Breakfast incomplete and nothing to do with the photos, we had to ask to repair and the employees complained, only that the coffee is from 7am to 9am and they would have to repair to the schedule, but what we saw was a mess of food every day! And changing the menu was removing one of the options and not replacing it with another. Example, tapioca only day every 2 days!!! Pudim never showed up! Cake only appeared for 1 day and had neither glass nor dish to eat right.. Insecure hostel, because we left the keys, but stayed in the reception at the reach of anyone, because there was no staff at the reception 24 hours (different from said) that is, anyone could take the key to some room that was there and enter. Dono even asked to talk to us and was just defending and arguing.

The front desk employee, Luis is wonderful, polite, attentive, unruly. The breakfast was terrible, the food was finished before closing time and the copers, did not want to return the items. Everything he asked, they answered unwillingly. Perece was doing a favor.
