What do you expect from a hotel? It all depends on your expectations. I have traveled a lot, so I need to make this reservation first of all. I stayed at the hotel about 8 or 10 years ago and I see exactly the same: the structure is not standardized, old, often improvised and some things leave much to be desired. Do you like to read? The light - there's only one - is weak. Problems with measles? I didn't feel anything, but my wife did. Employees? Normal. Without any emphasis. They're doing their job with no enthusiasm. Location? Petrolina has a small "nervous center." Good for those who come to the center, bad for those who want to go to the edge. Contact reception? By whatsapp. It took me a long time to answer. TV? Local programming. Only. Not even smartv. Bath? The shower is facing "inside", which made me hit the elbow on the record. The water wasn't hot, so I imagine the resistance was gone. Noise? I stayed at 123 and bothered the most sensitive. Would you stay again? No. I will go to the Ibis, because, although it is not so much better, in addition to staying stuck in the shopping, it is standardized and I know what awaits me. Coffee? Common. Nothing too much. Expect to see collaborative people hugged with thermal bottles, no trays or any care with appearance. They're at home, and that's not good, as it shows a lack of basic training. General note: 4,5.
