Hemoso hotel, well located but you can see that since it was built no maintenance was done.
Breakfast well, there were no problems in that but in the rest all problems.
We stayed for one night, nothing more.
When the check in was very slow, they did not have one of the two computers.
Of three elevators only one worked.... for 20 floors!
The room I was assigned maintained its aesthetics and furniture decades ago, I washed my face and the tap was left losing water... when I returned to the room the only light was interminent, it was turned on and off. When its power was minimal, everything was left in gloom. Not a laptop or light in the bed. I claimed at reception and was told that they sent maintenance staff.... after 15 minutes since no one came I asked for a change of room (at that point between the delay in reception and in going upstairs in the only elevator I had already been in the hotel for an hour). They agreed immediately and after five minutes someone came to bring me the key to the new room, which was better than the previous one in its general appearance but also without lights in the bed.
The next day talking with the fellow passengers the feeling of lack of maintenance was widespread, another had his toilet covered and they had to use the public toilets.
