Angra Beach Hotel

Wonderful hotel, everything perfect... Pool, playroom my kids liked quite, clean room. Wardrobe Cristina super friendly and polite. Breakfast a little weak. Close to beaches and shopping.

The receptionists very well, but to cancel and refund the money they stayed 2 months and we had to wait until coming to the hotel in person to make the return and ask them please return us. Lousy service and facilities are nowhere near as good as they say.

Very nice environment, attentive staff and super empathetic. Great accommodation option in Angra, good location.
