I would like to record our experience in this hotel, which was truly memorable. Since our arrival, we were received with extreme cordiality by the whole team. The place where the hotel is inserted has a stunning natural beauty, providing a perfect setting for the celebration of my birthday. We always had the desire to meet the Fasano network and I can affirm that the experience exceeded our expectations. It was a rare combination of excellence, welcoming and attention to detail, something we would definitely like to experience again. Initially, we had a small reservation regarding breakfast. Although the buffet was of excellent quality, with a more minimalist proposal, some details seemed to us below the standard of excellence we expected from a Fasano. As an example, the yogurts offered were of a simpler brand and there were no options for people with lactose intolerance.... However, what really made the difference was the way these observations were received. Everything was resolved promptly in the following days, with an attention and care that we had never experienced in any other hotel chain. I would like to thank especially manager Leticia and manager Sávio. When we shared these little notes, we were received with great sympathy, professionalism and genuine concern in providing the best experience possible. Sávio was beyond all expectations: he had the kindness to introduce us the condominium, accompanying us on a tour and showing all the property. How many managers dedicate their time to offering such personalized attention to guests? On my birthday, he made a question of being present during breakfast. I received several loving mimos, including a beautiful cloth that I loved. It was a delicate and unforgettable gesture, demonstrating how much the team cares to make special moments even more striking. And the room? Just wonderful! Extremely comfortable, elegant and welcoming. Every night we found delicious candy left with affection, a charming detail that made our stay even more special. I admit we didn't want to leave. I couldn’t help but highlight the excellent service of maître Fagner. Her attention to detail is impressive. With an attentive look and great competence, he follows everything that happens in the restaurant lounge, ensuring that each guest receives impeccable care. His professionalism and dedication deserve recognition. Fasano, value this talent! I also give a special thanks to the breakfast manager, always attentive, dedicated and ready to provide everything we requested with efficiency and kindness. Finally, I leave my sincere thanks to dear manager Sávio, who made us feel like the most important guests of the hotel. His hospitality, sympathy and care have deeply marked our experience. Congratulations to this extraordinary team. Sávio, Fagner and all the collaborators lead this place with mastery and possess the gift of making every guest feel truly welcomed and special, preach the true sense of hospitality. We left delighted and are already counting the days to return.

Unpretentious luxury! The building, the decor and the social spaces are very beautiful. Beautiful furniture and decoration! The deluxe ocean with a large balcony and very comfortable furniture, provides excellent moments of relaxation. Very nice room and very comfortable bed. Attentive, helpful and efficient staff. Excellent restaurant. Wonderful stay!

Not worth the cost benefit! Taking out the restaurant staff, everything else unprepared. Mta pump for a service totally to whom. It's not worth the price they charge. I think the owner, who talks so much about the hotel, should stay anonymously to see the lack of management. We won't come back!
