My stay had positive points and points to improve. The hotel presents some structural and organizational problems that impact the experience. However, I would like to highlight the excellent service of some staff, who made a difference during my stay: Jonathan, from the reception, always attentive; Leandro and Lindacy, from the cleaning team, very attentive; and Rayane, from the reserve, helpful and polite and Eliane from the animation made the difference in our day. The food there is very tasty in highlighting the pizza! With improvements in structure and processes, the hotel has the potential to offer a better experience to guests as the hotel's beach is clean and beautiful
