Mar dos Anjos Central Hostel

The hostel was great- such clean rooms and comfy bed, room cleaned everyday, private bathroom and nice room. Great location and lovely staff. So good for the price. Only bad thing was the breakfast but for the price I couldn’t complain!

The hostel was more bad than good unfortunatly. The man who owned the hostel seemed quite nice, however the other guy who worked there was a bit of a creep to my friend and it made her feel uncomfortable. A lot of the bed in the dorm were broken and there were lockers but no keys to them and no option to use your own lock so they were completely useless. The breakfast was very basic, there was a small selection of fruit and then the standard bread rolls.
