Pousada Tantomar

We had an excellent experience in the Pousada. Viviane made our welcome, was very kind, told a little about her and the city's history. Gave tips. Good breakfast, games room, pool. All according to the advertisement. To get there, we rented a car, so it was good.

The guest house is excellent, highlighting the panoramic landscape with views of the city with the beach of the Angels and the beach Grande, the varied and well served breakfast, the cozy facilities with common areas with furniture and decoration of very good taste and mostly I thank the supervisor Viviane Soledade and other staff, Luana, Breno, Gonzalo and all the girls of the kitchen who were super helpful, attentive and helped to make my trip to Arraial do Cabo a great experience.

Well, our experience was not very positive. First day, we were lodged in a "annex" of the guesthouse, because there were no more rooms available. Room and bathroom very different from the photos of the advertisement and with the problem of frasts in the front door, front window and bathroom window without a glass, which with this let in muuuuitos bichos (antha, mosquitoes and spiders). Cleaning was ok. We were relocated on the second day, to a room as advertised, with the help of the reception boy (night shift). We had no additional towels available, only after the third day we would be entitled.
