Abracadabra Pousada

The hotel and hospitality is excellant as is the beach which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel . On arrival I was a bit shocked to see that there is so many stairs no lifts . No fault of the hotel but just be mindful if you have mobility issues . Our room was facing the pool myself husband and 19 year old we found our room on the small size but sadly was only there 2 nights could have done with longer . The air con is great and was much needed after a day in the sun . Buzios is stunning 🤩 The shower was frustrating and it took us a while to figure out how to use it as the water was freezing apparently you have to let the water run for 5 minutes until the hot water kicks in. Its not very eco friendly and the pressure wasn’t very good either , however we could live with that . Breakfast is plentiful and although table service you can order as much as you like to start your day . There are some loungers by the infinity pool which tend to get taken in the morning one couple occupied two loungers and a sun bed which we thought was selfish ,People also tend to go to their rooms and leave their towels on the loungers given there isn’t many a bit of consideration for others would be nice . Overall Abracadabra is a gorgeous hotel with great hospitality and security the gates to the entrance get closed at night . My own problem why I wouldn’t return is the stairs .

Our third time at the hotel. The service, the pool and the restaurant are sensational. The live music at dinner was amazing (blues). The stay as a whole was veryooo good. The only reservation would be regarding the room. I found a level below the hotel as a whole. Shower time to heat, metals are not of the quality as they should (mixers, shower, shower..). I never use a TV in a hotel, but as it is having a world cup, I tried to call to see the progress of the game and in 10 minutes trying it did not charge. The brand is Britain, does not match the hotel tb. Her system looks like an old tablet (although the TV is new). Anyway, nothing that compromised the stay. We liked the hotel so much that I found it important to make these improvement suggestions. These are simple things but really help the host experience to be complete.

My experience at Abracadabra Boutique Hotel was simply exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, very well cared for and has one of the most beautiful views of Búzios. The infinite edge pool is spectacular, especially at sunset, and makes the stay even more special. The rooms are comfortable, clean and very cozy. The breakfast is excellent, with great variety and quality products. The service of the entire staff deserves to be highlighted: everyone was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. The location is also perfect, allowing you to walk to the Orla Bardot and the Rua das Pedras. It was an unforgettable weekend and I will definitely be back on my next trips to Búzios. I recommend closed eyes!
