Buzios Internacional Apart Hotel

Great location, great facilities. Very good pool, great cost benefit. Excellent service and reception. Security, large and secure parking. Airy environment, comfortable. Question of cleaning that needs to be improved

The apart hotel is a condominium and a part is dedicated to the apart hotel. The rooms are terrible in terms of comfort and bedding, the kitchen does not have furniture, it lacks many accessories, they left us with a rusty frying pan, the patio is ugly, I would not return, no It was a good experience, I don't recommend it.

This place is one block from the central tourist area and the grounds and exterior are well kept but that's about it. It is *not* an apart hotel. It's an old condo complex where some units are rented out by the day. The general look/feel of the apartment is shabby with a mildew smell to add to the picture. The bedroom furniture is half broken, the drapes are falling apart, the AC unit and fan in the bedroom are way too noisy to be kept on at night. The bathroom has no soap or shampoo, the kitchen is not really usable unless you bring your own salt/pepper, dishwashing liquid, etc... There is zero housekeeping. There were also parties until 2 or 3 AM in the neighboring units 3 nights out of the 4 we stayed there! The pool was closed when we were there as well. With minimal effort/investment, this place could be quite acceptable but it looks like it's the last thing the owners are interested in. This place is to be avoided if all units look like #218.
