We were family at Pedra Laguna and were positively impressed. A primordial attention, from arrival to departure, always served with smiles by kind staff. I highlight the receptionist, Eric and the pool bar staff. Even the care of our dog, by providing walking, pots and biscuits. I recommend and will return, for sure

Hotel simply charming, with a beautiful location, very well cared for and perfect for relaxing. The pools are wonderful and make the experience even more special. The service was excellent, with attentive staff and very careful with my family, in addition to all the comfort that made our stay unforgettable.

We stayed in Pedra da Laguna for our honeymoon after getting married in Buzios, confident that a hotel of this category would be a safe place. Unfortunately, this abysmal experience does not allow me to value the hotel from any point of view other than insecurity and lack of honesty. On the day of check-out, my husband kept his wedding ring (valued at USD 1,300) over the candlelight. We're 100% sure it was there. Returning that same night to retrieve her, the hotel strongly denied finding anything. The most outrageous thing is that we also forgot items of clothing and were NEVER warned; they only admitted to having the clothes when we went to claim for the ring the same Tuesday. That is, if the guest does not notice and complain, the hotel does not have the integrity to report on forgotten objects. Management management and WhatsApp communication have been embarrassing for a high-end establishment: they take days to respond, give evasive answers and refuse to provide basic information for research. It is unacceptable that in a hotel of this level a theft of belongings occurs and that the answer is indifference. As Chilean tourists, we do not recommend this place to anyone who appreciates its security and that of its property. They ruined our honeymoon with their lack of ethics and professionalism. DON'T STAY HERE!
