My experience was disappointing given all the reviews from here. The staff are excellent and helpful, but the room they offered us was bad. The ceiling was cracked, the air conditioned with battery-free control and difficult to move. There were rooms that only had a fan. The bunk bed on the top was broken so I had to share the double bed with a friend. And there was a big cockroach at the bathroom door and ants in the bed. The dining room and the games room, as well as the reception do not have fans (in this case I felt sorry for the receptionists). Not recommended, besides being away from the beach.
